About the 2026 Chawangbing

The 2026 Chawangbing is crafted from carefully selected ancient-tree spring materials from two renowned tea-growing areas in Menghai:

Mengsong (勐宋)
Aka Old Village (阿卡老寨) within Nannuoshan (南糯山）

The spring leaves are picked to the standard of one bud with three leaves.

During processing, the tea undergoes double rolling, followed by li-tiao (理条 / straightening and shaping) before drying. This careful process helps refine the structure and character of the finished tea.

2026 Xizihao Mini Candies — Ancient-Tree Black Tea

Each special set also includes 6 Mini Black Tea Candies, weighing 10 g each.

These mini teas are made from carefully selected ancient-tree material from Guniangzhai Village, Nannuo Mountain (南糯山姑娘寨).

The leaves are fermented to create black tea and then naturally sun-dried, preserving the distinctive character of the ancient-tree material and allowing it to further age.
