“This tea was made from gushu trees of the standard Dayezhong varietal (Big Leaf Cultivar) that produce long, elastic dark green leaves. The tea soup has a uniquely rich sugary fragrance with very low bitterness and leaves a cooling sensation at the throat. The returning sweetness is quite persistent as well. If you smell the dry teacup, you will detect notes of sugarcane and other fragrances.”
