 *spring buds from Menghai were 70 % fermented, after sorting and sieving became Gongting. 

“This piece of dashu fermented ripe wa this year’s most popular and cost-effective ripe.
Although it is this year’s tea, it doesn’t really taste so new - the silkiness and full-bodied nature is hard to obtain in a fresh ripe tea.
You can drink it yourself or serve it to entertain guests or even gift a cake to your colleague.
While it was pressed this year, the tea is silky and rich, and apart from the fermented flavor everything tastes clean and natural. This is what makes Xizihao special.
These flavors from a less than 3 years old ripe is definitely not common."
