Once we opened the cake, we recognized how important storage is, even for ripe teas.
Usually we only care about our raw puerhs and not pay much attention to ripes.
The tea soup tasted amazing and almost like an aged raw puerh, rich and smooth.
Layered with notes of flowers and milk.
The body feel is even more obvious.
When saving and aging our raw puerhs, a good ripe puerh is very enjoyable!”
