“Xizihao chose to take action in the midst of rising gushu prices by making premium ripes using higher end materials.
With the help of Mr. Zhao, an ex Menghai Tea Factory fermentation master, we used Baishajing spring water to ferment the teas.
The finished product is this beautiful iron disk.
When brewed, the tea is translucent red with rich flavors of liquorice and lotus, sweet with a silky texture.
Tea is meant for drinking.
To make Xizihao accessible to everyone, it's our goal and our only hope to share our teas made with care and passion with friends from all over the world.”
