“2017 Peach Drunk - Ripe
Tea friends asked if the ripe version has notes of fermenting wine, like the sheng version.
The tea brews a clear, amber red tea soup with unique aromas of longan and light florals.
Mid-way through the tea becomes sweet and syrupy with many layers of flavors.
If you choose to boil 15 g in a larger pot, you will notice creamy aromas in the air and a taste of rich sweetness.
The same tea but a very different experience.”
