“To form a Date Fragrance Mushroom-shaped Tea, it takes about 8 min to complete.From hand-kneading the tea to its compression stage.
It's a tedious process to perfect a tea.
The drying process is even more time-consuming but worth it.
After two months, the tea is finally here in Taiwan.
Using boiling water, we tried the tea in the rain.
The tea’s aroma saturated the air while its sweetness softly coated the mouth.
Notes of Chinese dates (jujube) and lotus filled the pallet.
It resembled a tea with a few years of age.
The tea soup is amber red rimmed with gold.
The returning sweetness is floral and unique.
During this chilly rainy season, drinking this tea with friends is most fitting.”
