"To produce an excellent ripe tea, three key elements are essential: high-quality material, expert craftsmanship, and the right water for fermentation (wodui). This particular tea was crafted using dashu leaves from Nannuoshan, and was fermented under the guidance of Mr. Zhao, a former fermentation master at Menghai Tea Factory. The water used for the fermentation came from Baishajing spring, a crucial source historically used by Menghai Tea Factory for their tea fermentation processes. Dashu ripes are rare in the market, making this tea an exceptional find!"
